The
Dual Raptor is an advanced, dual-belt belly mount camera platform that provides amazing camera stability for the serious videographer or photographer. Designed and tested by mechanical engineer/skydiver Jason Bell on a computer aided drafting (CAD) system, the Dual Raptor has been used since 2001 by skydivers, BASE jumpers, skiers, roller coaster riders, the US military, motorcyclists, and numerous other adventure sport enthusiasts to capture amazing video footage from one of the most imaginative camera angles available today. If you're interested in watching your feet track away from a 1200' tall antenna, seeing your face as you dock on a 20-way formation, or if you're zipping down the ski slopes or mountain bike trails at 50mph, a bellymount camera platform will provide the footage you desire. The Dual Raptor contains a special double ball and socket system permitting the camera to tilt, swivel, and rotate 360° for the ultimate in video or still camera positioning and control. Virtually any camera angle is possible with the fully adjustable top plate by a simple turn of the black knob.

- Two adjustable Type 12 (1200 lb. strength) belts, 2" wide.

- Includes 1/4-20UNC standard thumbscrew and other hardware to mount your camera
- Adjustable strap (400 lb. strength) on top plate to help secure your camera
- Camera mounting surface is 4"x7"
- 1" thick polyurethane foam padding on base plate to protect your stomach
- Ball and socket system is available in three lengths (standard 5.5", long 7.5", and extra-long 11" from your stomach to the bottom of your camera)
The Dual Raptor belt system is sewn to eliminate excess webbing that may be confused for pilot chute handles. Each bellymount now includes our new, lighter ball and socket system available in three lengths. Bellymount camera platforms are one of the easiest recording systems to control as all your buttons and screens are right at your fingertips and fully adjustable. The Dual Raptor is fully compatible with camcorders such as the Sony PC/TRV/DVD/HDR line, Canon GLX, GoPros, and many others that are similarly sized. Other devices under 10 lbs such as SLR still cameras are fully compatible with every bellymount system. All bellymount camera platforms are available in Red, Yellow, Black, or Blue.
